Kelly toured Europe and Japan in the 1990's with John Norum and Michael Schenker. He also toured all over the USA as the lead vocalist for Atlantic Recording artist Baton Rouge. From March 5 - April 18, 2004, Kelly toured the USA from the west coast to the east and back again with the George Lynch Band.
