Kelly toured Europe and Japan in the 1990's with John Norum and Michael Schenker. He also toured all over the USA as the lead vocalist for Atlantic Recording artist Baton Rouge. From March 5 - April 18, 2004, Kelly toured the USA from the west coast to the east and back again with the George Lynch Band. Kelly also toured with the Acoustic Outlaws in 2005, and with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra (West) in 2006 and 2007. From 2007-2008, Kelly also performed a few intermittent shows with Paris Keeling and Blue Wheatgrass Massacre, opened for Queensryche with Don Dokken, and several of his own solo band shows.
